The website https://d-optic.com.ua/ (hereinafter – the “Site”) is managed by D-OPTIC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (hereinafter – D-OPTIC LLC), legal entity identification code 42049237, a legal entity registered and acting in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "We"). This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) discloses the rules, purposes of processing personal data, the procedure for processing personal data, their protection, the rights of the owners of personal data that we automatically receive when you (possible use – the User) use Site, or which may be directly provided to us by you when using our Site.

Collection and use of personal data

The owner and administrator of the personal data of the users of the Site is LLC "D-OPTIC".

When the User uses the Site, the Company processes the User's data, namely:

• data provided by the User both when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the Site;
• cookie files;
• IP addresses;
• parameters and settings of Internet browsers (User-agent).

The company collects only those personal data (for example, your last name, first and last name, login and access password, e-mail address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, delivery address, etc.) that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by you as the subject of personal data for the purpose of using the services of the Site, which, in accordance with the requirements of the law, is the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the goals, purposes of their processing and use formulated in this Policy.

When visiting the Site, all entries to the system are recorded. Other information on the User's traffic is not processed or stored. We draw your attention: the Company is limited to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary exclusively to fulfill the request of the subject of personal data. The company does not collect any information for the processing of which certain requirements are established by the current legislation of Ukraine, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious and ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, and as well as data related to health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data").

The company collects data on statistics of visits to the Site. The information may contain information about the connection, traffic, the User's browser, as well as about the date, time, duration of work on the Internet and being on the Site.

Personal information

Processing and storage of personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Site services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Database or a separate table of the Site Database. You have the right to know about the place of storage and processing of your personal data. You can get this information by contacting us with a corresponding request.

Purposes of using personal data

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• facilitating the use of the Site in the future;
• proper provision of services to the User (identification, authentication, authorization, password recovery, sending informational materials upon the User's subscription, responses to the User's requests and letters, as well as for other actions necessary for the proper provision of services);
• research and analysis of behavior and preferences, including for work with counterparties in the field of advertising, exchange of information/news;

Period of storage of personal data

Personal data are stored for no longer than is necessary in accordance with the purpose, purposes of their processing, use. After the subject of personal data has ceased to be a user of the Site by deleting his account on the Site, his personal data is also automatically deleted.

Confidentiality of activity of the subject of personal data on the Site

Information about the activity (traffic) on the Site of users passing through the network, or the user's e-mail is protected in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. That is, the Company in no way or way violates the secret of the User's "activity" when using the latest services of the Site.

Protection of personal data

However, despite its best efforts, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security against any threats arising outside of the Company's control. Dissemination of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data is permitted in cases determined by the current legislation of Ukraine, and only in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.

Rights of the subject of personal data

The company informs you about your rights as a subject of personal data, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", according to the provisions of which you have the right:

• to know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (residence) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give an appropriate order to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except for cases established by law;
• receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
• to access your personal data;
• to receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, an answer about whether your personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
• submit a reasoned claim to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of your personal data;
• make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of your personal data by any owner and administrator of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
• to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of data, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person ;
• file complaints about the processing of your personal data to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
• apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
• enter reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process your personal data when giving consent;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
• to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.

Amendments to the Policy

This Policy enters into force from the moment of its publication on this Site and is valid until changes and/or additions are made to it or the Policy is presented in a new edition.
